About Tellspoland Concrete and How the Referral Service Works

Who we are

Tellspoland Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners in Eureka, MO and the Eureka area connect with independent local providers of concrete driveways and patios. That is all we do. We are not a contractor, and we do not pour concrete.

Why we exist

Many people have never hired a concrete provider before. If your house is older, the worry can be bigger. You may not know what is under the old driveway. You may not know if a past repair will hold a new slab. Searching alone can feel confusing.

We built this service to make the first step simpler. Name the worry, then take one clear step. Slow and steady.

How providers are matched

You tell us what you want, such as a new driveway or a stamped patio. We then connect you with a provider in our network who works in your area. The provider contacts you, looks at your site and gives you a written quote. Availability depends on the provider, so it can vary.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Be clear about what they will and will not do
• Look at the site before they quote
• Give quotes in writing
• Treat homeowners with respect and without pressure
• Follow the local rules that apply to their work, including any permits and licenses

For an older home, a good provider also checks the ground, the base and any past repairs before pouring anything.

What we do not do

We do not do the concrete work. We do not set prices, and we do not promise results. We do not take part in your contract with a provider. That agreement is between you and the provider.

We also do not handle repair complaints or customer-service calls for past jobs. This service is for new concrete projects.

How we are paid

Homeowners do not pay Tellspoland Concrete to be connected. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change your right to ask questions, compare quotes and say no.

A few things worth knowing

Costs for concrete flatwork vary by size, shape, thickness, site access and finish. Typical U.S. prices can range widely, so a written quote for your own property matters more than any general number.

If you also ask about foundation repair experts, keep in mind that some providers focus on other work. Ask each one what they handle before you agree to anything.
