Tellspoland Concrete is a referral service. Homeowners come to us looking for a new driveway or patio. We connect them with independent providers in our network. If you run your own concrete company, this can be a steady way to meet homeowners who are ready to talk about a project.

These are not jobs with Tellspoland Concrete. You stay independent, run your own crew and set your own prices.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who care about doing new concrete work well. That includes:

• Concrete driveways, including replacing worn or failing slabs
• Stamped concrete patios, walkways and other flatwork
• Providers who are comfortable working on older homes
• Businesses that serve Eureka, MO or the Eureka area

Experience with cold-climate work matters. Deep frost, spring flooding and hail all affect how a slab should be built.

What we expect

Homeowners are often first-timers, and many are nervous. We expect providers to treat them with patience. In practice, that means:

• Holding the licenses, permits and insurance your area requires
• Looking at the site before giving a written quote
• Explaining base preparation, drainage and any surprises in plain words
• Being honest about what you can and cannot take on
• Following up when you say you will
• Never pressuring a homeowner to sign

These calls are for new concrete projects. They are not for repair complaints or customer service on past jobs.
