How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Tellspoland Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Tellspoland Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Tellspoland Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@tellspoland.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a contractor is licensed.
